In addition, some aspects of daily life that may seem innocuous, are more complex to manage in a work-from-home context. For example, the size of the dwelling, the presence of children or the adoption of certain tools, highlight inequalities in the working environment between each worker. 

Indeed, a repetition of these situations experienced as restrictive can have a real impact on overall motivation, causing burnout. That’s why, as managers, you need to pay special attention to the mental health of your employees.
