The year 2021 has just come to an end and many of us are eager to know what 2022 has in store for us.

Laurent Maurer, CEO of Mandarine Academy looks back at the highlights of what we have accomplished together over the past 12 months.

Supporting our clients in the implementation of teleworking and hybrid work

« One of our main goals was to empower our customers to adapt and recover quickly from the profound impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Indeed, working methods have changed a lot since the beginning of the health crisis. New tools have been deployed, inviting employees to work differently, to collaborate more, while gaining autonomy. However, it is not always easy to collaborate when one part of the team is remote and the other in the office.

To support you in the implementation of teleworking and hybrid work, we have therefore focused on the notion of collaboration. This was the most consulted topic, followed by best practices around cybersecurity.

In total, this year we supported more than 500,000 employees on new uses and helped more than 80 customers achieve their goals. This was achieved through our MOOC Office 365 training platform and our customized DiLeaP offer for large accounts. »

Our commitment against digital illiteracy

« During our training sessions, we discovered a worrying phenomenon: digital illiteracy. This is a situation in which an individual has great difficulty using digital tools. This has been accentuated in recent times with the generalization of teleworking and the isolation of users. 

It is no longer possible to solicit our office neighbor when we encounter a difficulty with software, or to take advantage of the coffee break to ask questions.

Mandarine Academy has become aware of this and is committed to the fight against this phenomenon. In particular, I have addressed this subject in various television and radio interviews, to alert and raise awareness of the importance of human and educational support in case of difficulty. In 2022, we will continue to work to reduce this digital divide among employees. »

Adaptation of our training courses

« This year at Mandarine Academy, we had to be adaptable. We have renewed our training content to follow the news and meet your needs.

We have also worked on the design of new, more participatory learning modalities. I am thinking, for example, of the workshops, which include the use of the tools of our partner Klaxoon. »

Evolution of our platform

« This year has also been marked by the evolution of our platform. We enriched it with new features and made it more ergonomic.

In addition, the 40,000 learners attending our online training sessions require powerful logistics. Our highly efficient training logistical tool DiLeaP Logistic has therefore undergone changes.

Finally, an important R&D work in collaboration with the University of Lille is underway. The result of this research will allow us, in 2022, to improve and strengthen our recommendation model based on artificial intelligence. »
